Policies
CANCELLATION POLICY
Luna Salon has a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or reschedule within the 48 hour window you will be charged a Cancellation Fee equal to 50% of your total service booked.
If you no show your appointment you will be charged a No-Show Fee equal to 100% of the total service booked.
To secure your appointment, a credit card will be kept on file via square encrypted booking at the time of your consultation. Your consultation will be paid for with an invoice sent by me prior to reserving your spot.
Please Note: I take my cancellation policy very seriously. If you have a super hectic schedule that frequently changes last minute, I may not be the right fit for you as you will be charged for every appointment missed.
RETURN POLICY
Luna Salon guarantees the satisfaction of all products. If a product does not meet your expectations we will exchange it for a product of equal value within 1 week. No refunds will be given.
SATISFACTION POLICY
I guarantee my work and want to meet your expectations. Based on your consultation, I will get you as close to your hair goals as possible. Sometimes multiple sessions are required to get to that end goal. If you are unsatisfied with your results, please contact me within 7 days. I will work with you to find a solution within that time frame. Refunds will not be given.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
I do my best to run a very tight schedule and respect your time! I ask for the same in return. If you show up late for your appointment by 15 min there will be no guarantee I can perform the fully booked service. You will most likely be asked to reschedule and you will be charged in accordance with my cancellation policy.
